Walthamstow has a vibrant music scene. There are live bands playing in pubs or music venues most nights of the week.

There seem to be a lot of Musicians that have made this area their home and good entertainment and socialising make for a great night out. To point out just a few;

* The Queens Arms in Orford Road have a live act on most Saturday nights.
* The Nags Head have a live Jazz band on a Sunday afternoon from about 4.30. There are many other activities at The Nags through out the month.
* Ye Old Rose & Crown on Hoe Street have a full entertainment bill with live music and stand up comedy through to theatre and hold a monthly funk and soul session with house residents Tina T.
* The King William IV near the Bakers Arms play host to weekly entertainment.
